 BJØRNS MARSJ

Denne marsjen egner seg både i gata og på konsert, og passer godt for både små og store korps. 
Marsjen er en hyllest til alle korpsforeldre, og er spesielt tilegnet Bjørn Aarvold og de andre ivrige foreldrene i Tjøme skolemusikk.

MARCH FOR BJØRN

This march is well suited for small and larger marching bands. You may perform it both on stage and on parade.
The march is a honour to all parents of the Norwegian school bands and especially dedicated to Bjørn Aarvold and the other passionate parents of Tjøme skolemusikk.

Level of difficulty is 2.

ØYSTEIN SJØVAAG HEIMDALl (1972)

Øystein er utdannet ved Universitetet i Oslo hvor han har hovedfag i musikkvitenskap. Her skrev han hovedoppgave om arrangering av pop- og rockemusikk for skolekorps. Han har også utdannelse innen komposisjon og arrangering fra samme sted. 

I tillegg til å skrive musikk arbeider Øystein som dirigent, instruktør og trompetist. Han har dirigert skolekorps, amatørkorps og storband, og har også skrevet mye musikk for disse ensemblene.



ØYSTEIN SJØVAAG HEIMDAL (1972)

Øystein holds a Master of Arts from the University of Oslo, where he worked extensively on composing, and mainly arrangements of pop and rock music for concert bands.
In addition to his writing, Øystein also practices music both as performing trumpeter, conductor and teacher. He has conducted young bands, concert bands and big bands, as well as writing music for these ensembles.
