A VANDOREN REED FOR STUDENTS AND BEGINNERS
Juno reeds are specially made for student performance from select cane grown on the Mediterranean coast. When we turn that cane into reeds, we give them a special cut thats extra responsive for students, so you can improve faster.
Once the reeds are precisely cut, each one is sealed in its own humidity balanced Flow Pack where it waits just for you. That way, when you take a Juno reed out of the box, it feels and sounds as fresh as the day it was made.
KEEP YOUR JUNO REEDS SOUNDING AWESOME
Reed Rotation and Care Great players change their reeds each time they play (they call it rotating them). Then, they carefully store them in a protective case to keep them in perfect shape. That way, each reed will sound better and last longer. Try it yourself, and youll notice the difference, too!
Using the Reed Protector Keep your reeds in playing shape. Just insert your reed into the protector, and it will be safe until the next time youre ready to play.
STRENGTH COMPARISON CHART
Its easy to find a Juno reed that feels good to you and makes you sound good too. If yourre just starting out, you may want to choose a 1 1/2 strength reed thats more flexible and easier to play. As you get better, you may find that a stronger 3 strength reed gives you a heavier, fuller sound.

JUNO AUTHENTICATON
In order to guarantee the excellence of the Vandoren brand and to enable musicians to have confidence that they are playing a genuine Vandoren product, we have devised a system of authentication. All our products are identified.
The box has a code in the form of XX-XX-XX-XX-XX printed on the cellophane above the bar code.
Inside the box, every reed carries a marking in the form of XX-XXX-XX engraved on the table, aside the Juno label.
BE AUTHENTIC ! VERIFY THE AUTHENTICITY OF YOUR REEDS
Musicians and retailers can confirm the authenticity of their Vandoren reeds and reed boxes at any time. Each reed and reed box contains an identification code that can easily be verified.
